PAWAN  GURU  YOG

Nanak Said in His bani that PAWAN (Air) is our Guru on this Earth Planet and we Doctors and Scientific community knows it very well that through breathing Pawan (Oxygen) plays the role of Guru up to the every cell of body. In every Cell, Energy (ATP) can not be produced if there is a absence or lack of Oxygen inside it and above all memory can not be stored at the DNA level if Pawan Guru is not the there in sufficient quantity.So knowing this we have designed Five Breathing strategy keeping in mind Gurbani of Gur Nanak and other Gurus.

FIVE BREATHING STRATEGY

1,Bhao Khalla Agan Tap Tao ( Breath Of Fire )

In this breathing exercise, we train our lungs and respiratory system to breath at three different level.

At first level one has to breath fast through nostril, while moving his both hands fast synchronizing with the breath. In background mostly we play Mool Mantar and first Pauri (Couplet)

of Jap Ji Sahib.

ੴ ਸਤਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਕਰਤਾ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਨਿਰਵੈਰੁ
ਅਕਾਲ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਅਜੂਨੀ ਸੈਭੰ ਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥

॥ ਜਪੁ ॥

ਆਦਿ ਸਚੁ ਜੁਗਾਦਿ ਸਚੁ ॥ ਹੈ ਭੀ ਸਚੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਹੋਸੀ ਭੀ ਸਚੁ ॥੧॥

ਸੋਚੈ ਸੋਚਿ ਨ ਹੋਵਈ ਜੇ ਸੋਚੀ ਲਖ ਵਾਰ ॥ ਚੁਪੈ ਚੁਪ ਨ ਹੋਵਈ ਜੇ ਲਾਇ ਰਹਾ ਲਿਵ ਤਾਰ ॥

ਭੁਖਿਆ ਭੁਖ ਨ ਉਤਰੀ ਜੇ ਬੰਨਾ ਪੁਰੀਆ ਭਾਰ ॥ ਸਹਸ ਸਿਆਣਪਾ ਲਖ ਹੋਹਿ ਤ ਇਕ ਨ ਚਲੈ ਨਾਲਿ ॥

ਕਿਵ ਸਚਿਆਰਾ ਹੋਈਐ ਕਿਵ ਕੂੜੈ ਤੁਟੈ ਪਾਲਿ ॥ ਹੁਕਮਿ ਰਜਾਈ ਚਲਣਾ ਨਾਨਕ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਨਾਲਿ ॥੧॥

While doing this kiriya ( Breathing Exercice ) we recommends fast breathing in first phase,shallow breathing in second phase and deep breathing in third phase.

While doing this kiriya ( Breathing Exercice ) we recommends fast breathing in first phase,shallow breathing in second phase and deep breathing in third phase.  

             While listening Gurbani we repeats all three phases continuously and listening the  Gurbani at repeat mode. We have to do three things simultaneously, Method,Timing and Listening consciously will make the the difference in your health. Continuously doing it along with other kiriyas for forty days increases the capacity of lungs up to 30% ,means more Oxygen for whole body. This breathing exercise is designed after thoroughly listening and deciphering 38th Shaloak Of Jap Ji Sahib.  To understand this breathing exercise easily "Bhao Khalla Agan Tap Tao" please watch the video.

Along with above exercise we teach five more breathing exercise which are based on the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Names of these Kiryias are based on the "PRAN SANGLI Granth" Pothi said to be related with Guru Nanak Dev Ji,while Guru Nanak visited Sangladeep.

Publication Bureau Punjabi University of Patiala has published a detailed book PRAN SANGLI ( 658 pages ) by Dr.Jagjit Singh Khanpuri M.A.Ph.D in 1988.Second addition was published in 1999.

Pran Sangli means Chains of Breath which are uniting all five element that is Agni,Vaju,Prithvi,Jal and Akash. This Pran Sangli (Chains of Breath) circulate in every organ of our body through breathing and 100 trillion cells of human body works properly in harmony with each other.If this Pran Sangli is disturbed in any way, then the body system gets disturbed and diseased.

With all this above knowledge we designed following breathing exercises to make the Pran Sangli effective in all body parts and hence removal of all diseases and sufferings.

1,Bhao Khala Agan Tap Tao ( Breath of Fire ) We tried to explain it above with the help of some photographs and videos.

2,Pran Sangli Pet Kiryia ( Abdominal Exercise ) All abdominal organ are exercised while breathing out in one second regularly.

3, Pran Sangli Mun Kiryia ( Alternating breathing through nostrils to enhance working of all Nervous System )

4, Pran Sangli Rus Kiryia ( Thyroid Glands stimulation ) Inhaling breath through throat and vibrating Thyroid Gland to make its secretions normal.

 

5, Pran Sangli Naad Kiryia ( Stimulation of Pituitary Gland ) While exhaling through nose making a sound of Beetle Bug, It sooth the    

Central Nervous System​ and hence every body system is relaxed.

Above all Kiryias can be learned systematically at our center.

 Guru Nanak says Pawan is my Guru. In this 

video the simple message is that Pawan (Hawa) is the basic component which is working in all our relationship and without Pawan nothing is possible.

ਸਾਚੇ ਤੇ ਪਵਨਾ ਭਇਆ  ......Gur Nanak says from the True Lord came the Air.

Pawan has many gases and the Life giving Oxygen comes from Trees so we should respect the Trees like Guru.
